A slightly larger pirog.

Contains: Mashed potatoes, cheese, caramelized onion, scallions, salt, and pepper.
The pirogs are made from a slightly sweet yeast dough, brushed with egg.

TACO Pirog (two pieces incl. salad) - 125 SEK
Two larger beef-filled pirogs served with cabbage salad.

Contains: Beef mince, cheese, corn, zucchini, taco seasoning, parsley.
The pirogs are made with puff pastry, brushed with egg.

Sides: Cabbage, scallions, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, parsley, salt, and pepper.
Tip! Sour cream or crème fraîche pairs well (not included).

Chicken pirog.

Contains: Chicken, potatoes, cheese, onion, black pepper in homemade dough made with butter and sour cream.
A wonderful, sturdy, and deliciously flavored pastry. A must-try!

PIAN-SE (Bao Dumpling) - 60 SEK
Served with carrot salad and soy dip.

Meat - Contains: Mixed minced meat, cabbage, onion, garlic, kimchi, ground coriander, ginger, salt, black pepper.
The dough contains wheat flour and yeast (not gluten-free).

Sides: Korean pickled carrot salad and soy dip with scallions, garlic, black vinegar, chili oil, and sesame.
Generously sized; we recommend two pieces per person.

CHEVROLET - 119 SEK/piece
Goat cheese pie served with walnuts, honey, and root vegetable salad.
Contains: Goat cheese, serrano ham, egg custard, shortcrust pastry.

Whole pie available - 400 SEK (salad not included).

FRESHLY BAKED or BAKE-OFF
Pirogs can be purchased freshly baked directly from the oven or as bake-off versions for you to bake at home (30–35 minutes at 200°C fan oven).The goat cheese pie can be served warm or reheated in the microwave.

Bao dumplings can be steamed fresh or as bake-off – thaw first, then steam in the included bag for 30 sec–1 min (700 W) in the microwave.

COACH’S TIP
Pirogs taste best when they’ve cooled slightly.
If reheating, avoid the microwave! Use an oven or air fryer instead.
Need to keep the food warm? Hold in the oven at 50–60°C.
Pirogs are used to being eaten with your hands (a napkin works well).
